March Fab Friday

Our Fab Friday was OFF THE CHAIN this month!! I mean every month it just gets better and better but, this month it was AMAZING!! We topped our record with a huge turn out and everyone was sporting all that green!! Everyone got some good food, lots of sweat, and quite a few people left with some prizes!!

April Fab Friday goes down April 29th at 7:30pm, $5 gets ya in the door and registered for awesome give a ways! April Fab Friday we will be bringin the 80's back!!! Kickin it Old School

Hard to believe this is what our schedule looked like less than a year ago. Two classes on a Monday, haha!!! We wouldn't be where we are with out you and we are growing and growing everyday!! Everything we do we do it because of and for you!! You are our reason for stepping on that stage everyday, you are the reason for all the sweat, yes even butt sweat LOL!! We love YOU & YOU ARE YOUR OWN KIND OF BEAUTIFUL!!!

Bikini Boot Camp

April Bikini Boot Camp starts in 11 days! We are soooo excited, consultations are being done with in the next week and then it's time to kick butt!!! We have gone above and beyond to make this Bikini Boot Camp amazing!! There are so many fun things included besides the work out!!

We had our idea and thought we might have 10 people at least interested so, we posted our FIRST ever Bikini Boot Camp on Facebook and it was SOLD OUT in the first day!! And by SOLD OUT I mean every spot plus more were taken. We wanted everyone to be able to attend but, we wanted the camp to still be personal. We ordered more equipment and now have a full class of 20 with some extra Instructors.

We are soooooo beyond excited to see so many people wanting to COMMIT TO GET FIT and change their lifestyle, not just for the 6 week program but FOREVER!
