Abbie Garcia--- FuSion Testimonial

I wanted to share my story and how Fusion Fitness has changed my life. I am married with my best friend whom I have been with for 13 years.  Together we have an amazing daughter who is 8.  I have never been an active person and didn't like to be outside or sweat. I love taking pictures, but never liked being in them. One day at work I had to take a picture that got published on our website.  I knew I had gained weight but I guess I tried to psych myself and tell myself I was okay. When the picture got published and when I saw myself, I started to cry. I was in shock of the way I really looked. I was disgusted with myself.  At that point, I new something had to change. I didn't know how or where to start until a previous instructor invited me to Fusion Fitness. Since then my life has completely changed. I immediately fell in love with the place and the people. I started doing zumba and got addicted to it. I had so much fun even though I am sure I looked silly. But as Shelli says, "there is wrong way to zumba". I then decided to try other classes and have taken hip hop, turbo kick, and piyo.  Now I am addicted to turbo kick and hip hop and just working out period. When I miss a couple of days at Fusion I feel like I am going crazy. I am so much more confident with myself.  I love to shop for clothes now. I am starting to get more comfortable being in pictures and I love noticing all the changes my body is going through. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff is and how I have met some pretty awesome people there.  I absolutely adore each and every one of you and everyone motivates me with my weight loss journey. I am so grateful for Fusion Fitness. I still have a long way to go, but I know I will get there.
